Right of Withdrawal
Changed your mind? The product does not meet your expectations? The size turned out to be wrong?
You have 14 calendar days from the moment of receiving the package to return the product. The returned item must be in an undamaged condition in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act of May 30, 2014 (Journal of Laws 2014, item 827 as amended).
You have 2 years from the date of purchase to make a complaint. During this time you may request a refund or replacement of the product.
Step-by-step Instructions
1 Fill in the Return Form
The statement must include:
• order number / Allegro nickname • place of purchase (Alpinus.eu, Zalando, Allegro, Modivo, Empik, Decathlon) • buyer’s full name • email address • bank account number (in case of traditional bank transfer or cash on delivery) • details of returned products • total refund amount requested • date and signature
! Properly completing the form and placing it inside the package together with the returned goods is mandatory.
2 Send the packed goods together with the completed form and receipt to the following address:

!ATTENTION
- The company does not accept COD (cash on delivery) shipments from customers!
- The store has the right to withhold the refund until the complete set of documents has been received from the customer.
- Shipping costs are not refunded if the customer returns only part of the ordered goods or if the original order included free shipping.
- If you wish to exchange a product during or after the return process, please place a new order for the item you are interested in.
